1. AUSTRALIA

    Orders with an Australian delivery address are sent via a Priority Post service with Australia Post or for larger pieces a courier service for a charge of $12.95 per parcel. This will automatically apply at cart during the checkout process. You can expect to receive your parcel within 3-5 business days from dispatch. It is a priority to deliver your order as quickly as possible. It may take longer to get your package to you depending on your order. Resin pieces may add additional time as the painting needs to properly cure before sending as well as getting prints from third party websites. Please factor this in when ordering.

     

  2. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

    Australia Post couriers for international shipping charge $18.95 per parcel. This will automatically apply at cart during the checkout process. You can expect to receive your parcel within 5-10 business days from dispatch.

    Jellyfishinkk does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.

  3. ENSURE A SAFE DELIVERY

    Please do include a company name if you are requesting a delivery to a business address. Please ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel can not be intercepted. If a parcel has been signed and accepted on delivery, Jellyfishinkk will not take responsibility if the signee is fraudulent. If you contact Australia Post and request "Safedrop" Jellyfishinkk will not be help liable for missing parcels.

     

  4. ORDER CONFIRMATION

    All Jellyfishinkk orders will receive an email confirmation. You will receive a 2nd notification email with tracking details on dispatch. We cannot amend orders once the confirmation has been sent.
